From Prague Airport (PRG):
Distance to Hotel Downtown is 15 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. A taxi stand is located at the Arrivals hall, and typical fare to the hotel is 600 CZK (22 EUR). Minibuses also run to Namesti Republiky Square in the city centre for 90 CZK per person. The 119 and 254 bus services run to Dejvicka, the nearest metro station to the airport (at the end of line A). Single tickets cost 20 CZK (1 EUR). From there guests can change trains for Muzeum metro station, 150 metres from the hotel, in the direction of Celakovskeho Sady. The hotel also offers airport transfers for a surcharge.
Getting around. Prague's city centre can be explored on foot and is partly pedestrianised. An efficient and cheap integrated public transport system offers metro, trams, buses, and a funicular railway. Tickets can be used on all forms of transport and are sold at stations, tobacconists, and some hotel reception desks.
