Costa Linda Condominiums are brand new, purpose built accommodations located on the north end of Jaco. Just two blocks from the beach, this gated community has nine buildings with 27 condos per building. The condos are situated around a large pool, and some condos have ocean views.

Each Costa Linda Condominium has 2beds/2baths showers only/no tub. Fully equipped kitchens include oven, sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Each condo has a full size washer and dryer, a 29 inch TV and CD/DVD player in the living area. The condos also feature dining areas and media rooms. All condos have queen beds in the master and guest rooms. Condos on floors 2-7 also have a twin sleeper sofa in the media room.

Driving Directions - Costa Linda Condominiums
As you leave the San Jose airport you want to travel north toward San Ramon. Stay on this highway until you see the right hand turn-off to Quepos, Jaco, Los Suenos, Take this exit, go to the top of the exit ramp and turn left. Follow this road by going through Atenas, then on to Orotina, and then follow the next turn-off toward Quepos. You will see signs to Los Suenos everywhere and it is easiest to follow these signs. After you leave Orotina, you will then be going southwest and you will follow along the Gulf of Nicoya. The first exit you see for Jaco, which is a 4 lane road to the right, you will turn right. Follow this road about 1 mile and Costa Linda will be on your left.

On site check in is available from 9-5 daily at office Building 9, Unit 1. After hours check in will be completed at security gate. Credit Card imprint Visa, MasterCard, Discover required at check in. Minimum age required for check in is 21.
