The old town, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, has great examples of Baroque architecture - buildings are floodlit in the evenings for extra romance. Klagenfurt airport is 6 kilometers (4 miles) from the hotel.Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost approximately 9 EUR. Buses operate every 30 minutes from the airport to the city center and cost 2 EUR. Trains run every hour to the city center.
