Location. The Claridge Hotel is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, two kilometres from Dubai Creek, three kilometres from Al Marnazar Beach, and three kilometres from the city centre. It is also two kilometres from Dubai Airport.
Hotel Features. Built in the 1980s, the Claridge Hotel and is situated in palm-tree planted gardens, featuring modern sculptures. There is an outdoor pool and a separate children's pool, and multilingual staff can arrange 24-hour room service, express check-in and check-out, and currency exchange. Other amenities include wireless Internet access (surcharge), and ATM banking on site.
The Claridge Hotel's Al Kalaa restaurant is open 24 hours, and serves shisha and Lebanese dishes. Snacks and drinks are also available in the Eshbilla nightclub, which features live entertainment. Expert Tip. A trip worth taking in Dubai is across the Creek on a small wooden boat, known as an abra. It only takes 10 minutes, and bundled against other passengers on a wooden bench while birds swoop all around and the Dubai skyline recedes from view, it is a worthwhile adventure.
